10:00 Bell Foundry (plan to arrive 15 minutes early)Visit the Bell Foundry, a workshop more than a century old, where you'll learn about the ancient techniques used to make a bell, a skill perpetuated by the founders who have lived in Villedieu since the Middle Ages. Around a hundred monumental bells are cast every year, like those at Notre Dame de Paris. The bell that rang out at the Stade de France during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games was designed in this renowned foundry.

14:30 Rendez-vous en mer inconnue From the seaside resort of Coutainville, a 1:45 guided tour of the foreshore at low tide. Comfortably installed and sheltered aboard a unique carriage, discover the oyster beds, the lines of Bouchots mussels, the spat farms, the reserves... The carriage follows the path of the professionals, close to the tractors, cranes and other barges of all the workers of the sea. An unusual visit to the Pêcherie "la Petite", an ancestral maritime heritage. This little-known fishing method has been passed down for generations.
