Guided tour of the remains of the artificial harbour at Arromanches.Visit the Landing Museum: a must-see on the D-Day beaches to understand how the famous artificial harbour worked. Facing the beach at Arromanches, the museum retraces the history of the Normandy Landings and prefabricated ports. Animated and 3D models, archive photos and films, collectors' items and a never-before-seen monumental projection... make for total immersion. A 1,200m² exhibition in 7 sequences explains the incredible technological challenge of building prefabricated ports and their role in the Battle of Normandy.

14:30 Batteries of Longues-sur-Mer - Bayeux Guided tour of the Batteries of Longues-sur-Mer, a spectacular site with 4 casemates still housing the original cannons.Guided tour of old Bayeux, whose cathedral and numerous town houses were miraculously spared by the bombardments, stopping at the square where General De Gaulle made his first speech on French soil on June 14, 1944.
