Hiking, nature and seaside adventures
A land of contrasts and authenticity, the Cotentin peninsula is a destination of choice for nature lovers, hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. With its spectacular coastal paths, unspoilt beaches and picturesque villages, the Cotentin offers a unique group experience between land and sea.

A variety of hiking routes
From the GR223 to the GR34, via the old customs paths and routes through the heart of the marshes, the region abounds in accessible and exotic trails. Cliffs, dunes, hedged farmland and coastline punctuate the itineraries for a total immersion in the landscapes of northern La Manche. Our in-depth knowledge of the region enables us to offer you the itineraries that best suit your group.
The Cotentin, a peninsula with a thousand faces
To the west, La Hague evokes a “little Ireland” with its steep cliffs, fishing ports and writers’ houses. To the east, the Val de Saire beckons with its peaceful charm: beaches, viaducts, lighthouses, islands and seaside villages punctuate the discoveries. The Cotentin region combines authenticity and diversity, with unspoilt nature, culture and gastronomy.

A multi-activity offer for all groups
Receptif-Ouest offers tailor-made packages combining hiking, biking, horseback riding, sand yachting, fishing, paddling or kayaking, particularly around the seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville. Adapted to active groups (associations, CSE, dynamic seniors…), these experiences are designed to combine pleasure, discovery and conviviality. Tailor-made active group stays are available with themes such as cycling and hiking, golf and water sports.
Original discovery: the Cotentin tourist train
For an unusual experience, climb aboard an authentic train from the 1960s for a guided ride through bocage and marshland. The tour continues with a visit to Portbail, a charming seaside resort with its famous twelve-arched bridge. Tours can be organized by the day or as part of a tailor-made holiday.
