14:30 Caramels Farm Discover how whole-milk caramels are made on the farm in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. Here, cattle graze on maritime land, covered by the sea during periods of high tides. This particularity gives a remarkable taste to the caramels and crème de caramel; discovery of the manufacturing methods: mixing, cooking, shaping and wrapping ... Tasting at the end of the visit.
