10:00 Fromagerie Réo (plan to arrive 15 minutes early)Visit to the Réo cheese dairy, winner of numerous gold medals at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris for its ladle-molded Camembert made from raw milk, Réo is one of the last traditional Camembert producers in Normandy. Take a guided tour of the various workshops and discover sixty years of know-how, from the use of raw milk to hand-molding. The tour ends with a tasting session.

14:30 Rendez-vous en mer inconnue From the seaside resort of Coutainville, 1h45 live guided walk on the foreshore at low tide. Comfortably installed and sheltered aboard a unique carriage, discover the oyster beds, the lines of Bouchots mussels, the spat farms, the reserves... The carriage follows the path of the professionals, close to the tractors, cranes and other barges of all the workers of the sea. An unusual visit to the Pêcherie "la Petite", an ancestral maritime heritage site. This little-known fishing method has been handed down for generations.
